This lamp was bought as a gift for someone expecting a new baby. Unfortunately the original and the replacement arrived broken. Better packaging is suggested for future shipments. I didn't want to take another chance of receiving another broken lamp. With the help of my wife we carefully glued the ceramic piece that was broken rather than returning the item again. As in the past Amazon's return and replacement process was excellent and the product met our expectation for quality. My only caution to buyers would be to carefully inspect this lamp for damage because the animals on the base are very detailed and delicate. On both shipments there was no evidence of external package damage and only upon unpacking was the damage noticed. + See Full Customer Review |
